June, 2015: Scimago reported citation report on International Journal of Industrial Engineering Computations (IJIEC) and Decision Science Letters (DSL). The firm provides detailed information SCImago Journal Rank (SJR), which is a remarkable metric based on the idea that all “citations are not created equal”. Citations are weighted based on the rank of the citing journal. In their survey, In addition, Source Normalized Impact per Paper (SNIP) is another factor, which measures contextual citation impact by weighting citations based on the total number of citations in a subject field. This means SNIP values can be compared for any two journals, whether or not they are in the same field.

The journal maintains Cites per paper of 1.19, SJR of 0.80 and SNIP of 0.994. IJIEC published 16 papers in 2010, 66 papers in 2011, 77 papers in 2012 and 50 in 2013 from different countries including 74 papers from India, 17 papers from United States, 9 papers and 6 from Taiwan.
